"A couple of rental outfits are on the Intracoastal, including Myrtle Beach Watersports. Myrtle Beach Watersports rents Sea Doo watercraft and jet boats by the half-hour and hour, and it also leads trips along the Intracoastal. One of the best sections of the Intracoastal for riding is about a mile south of Myrtle Beach Watersports, where a maze of cypress-lined channels weave through the marshy lowlands on either side of the waterway. We suggest taking a local along, however, because it is very easy to get lost in some of the more complicated cuts."
